This document contains the Terms Of Use of GRN's internal systems and applications ("the Apps"). This includes, but is not limited to,

• GRID
• MORF
• Office 365 (including Outlook, SharePoint and Teams)
• Learning Hub
• Request Tracker
• GitLab

Please read these Terms Of Use carefully before using any of the Apps.

Scope

The Apps are for the exclusive use of members of GRN, and their agents and other specifically approved partners.

These Terms Of Use apply to all users of the Apps, whether approved or not.

By using any of the Apps you accept these Terms Of Use in full, and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree then do not use any of the Apps.

By using any of the Apps you also agree to be bound by GRN's Privacy Policy.

Authentication

You agree to only use your own account provided to you by GRN to log on to the Apps, and not to use the Apps under any other person's account, unless otherwise authorised.

You agree not to share your passwords with any other person, whether inside or outside the mission, or otherwise allow them to use the Apps with your account.

Data Collection and Ownership

The Apps may use cookies or otherwise store information about your use of the App on your own computer and/or in the GRN Central Database or elsewhere. The Apps store this information only to the extent necessary for their secure and efficient operation. By using the Apps you give consent for this information to be stored.

Data contained in the Apps is the property of GRN, and data submitted through the Apps becomes the property of GRN. Except where otherwise permitted, this data is to be used only for the purposes of the ministry of GRN, and not sold or shared outside of the mission.

Links to Other Websites

The Apps may contain links to third-party web sites or services that GRN does not own or control. GRN assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-parties, web sites or services, or any products they promote.

You agree that GRN shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused in relation to use of such third-party web sites or services.

Acceptable Use

GRN computers, internet connections, software, services and Apps are provided for carrying of GRN Mission-related purposes only. You agree to use the Apps in a manner consistent with Biblical principles.

You agree not to use any of these systems or Apps for carrying on a business, or for extensive private use. Some use of email for personal purposes is acceptable.

You agree to use these systems or Apps in a polite and respectful way, not to bully, harass or otherwise demean anyone, and not to store or share criminal or objectionable material.

Termination

GRN may terminate or suspend your access to any or all of the Apps for any reason, without notice.

Any breach of these Terms Of Use may result in any or all of loss of access to the Apps, disciplinary action, or termination from GRN.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Apps, or these Terms Of Use, please first contact GRN Information Systems to try and resolve the matter. If it is not resolved, contact the International Director.

Changes to Terms Of Use

These Terms Of Use may be modified at any time without notice to reflect the needs of GRN, the efficient operation of these systems, and/or regulatory requirements. In the event of a change GRN will attempt to inform you of the changes, to the extent the technology allows, but is not obliged to do so. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to ensure you continue to comply. By continuing to use the Apps you agree to the changes in these Terms Of Use.
